How MADITA works

The MADITA Process

Phase 1

Setup

One-time setup by the recruiter before MADITA goes live.

Connect the ATS

MADITA gets access to the ATS, either via API integration or computer use, depending on the system.

Create the role

The recruiter creates the open position in MADITA and links it to the existing applicant tracking system via the ATS Job ID.

Phase 2

Applications come in

Your existing application process continues unchanged – MADITA only steps in after the screening.

Applications in the ATS

Candidates apply through the customer's existing channels. Applications land in the ATS as usual.

Pre-screening (optional)

If desired, the recruiter can do an initial manual screening in the ATS before candidates are handed over to MADITA.

Handoff to MADITA

As soon as a candidate is moved into the "MADITA Interview" stage, MADITA takes over the rest of the process.

MADITA conducts the interviews

From the invitation to the completed interview – fully automated, on behalf of the customer.

Candidate import

MADITA reads the relevant candidates including contact details and CV from the ATS.

Invitation

MADITA sends the interview invitation via email or WhatsApp, in the name and look & feel of the customer.

Tracking

MADITA automatically tracks which candidates have completed the interview and which are still pending.

Automatic reminders

Candidates who have not yet completed the interview receive time-graduated reminders via email or WhatsApp.

Phase 4

Review & Decision

The recruiter reviews the results in the MADITA Delta Dashboard and makes the final decision.

Results in the MADITA Delta Dashboard

Completed interviews appear in the MADITA Delta Dashboard. The recruiter is notified and can review the results in detail.

Decision by the recruiter

For each candidate, the recruiter makes one of three decisions. MADITA automatically syncs the status back to the ATS.

Reject

MADITA sends the rejection on behalf of the customer and updates the status in both systems.
