Candidates apply through the customer's existing channels. Applications land in the ATS as usual.

From the invitation to the completed interview – fully automated, on behalf of the customer.

Madita reads the relevant candidates including contact details and CV from the ATS.

Madita automatically tracks which candidates have completed the interview and which are still pending.

The recruiter reviews the results in the Madita Dashboard and makes the final decision.

As soon as an evaluation is ready, the recruiter is notified and receives the result in their familiar system.

For each candidate, the recruiter makes one of three decisions. Madita automatically syncs the status back to the ATS.
